Franz Vinzenz Krommer (ursprungligen František Vincenc Kramář) född 27 november 1759 i Kamnitz vid Iglau i Mähren, död 8 januari 1831 i Wien, var en tjeckisk violinist och kompositör. Krommer studerade violin och orgel för sin farbror Antonín Mattias Kramár i Brno. In 1818, Krommer was elevated to the rank of court composer and director of chamber music under Franz I, succeeding Leopold Kozeluch. He served in this post until his death in 1831.
